 ABOVE: ECO-TERR prevents migration of the separate soil stratae.  Using a snowshoe effect, it spreads the pedestrian or vehicular traffic's weight over a greater surface area.
When using only grass, sand, gravel or crushed stone normal use and traffic causes the foundation bases to intermingle, leaving us with this:
 The sand or gravel base layer and sand top layer has been mixed with the dirt subsoil, leaving us with a new surface of
sandy, rocky mud.
The ECO-TERR soil stabilization system prevents intermingling of the soil stratae, anchoring the stone in place.
